HYUNDAI’S INTERACTIVE CHICAGO AUTO SHOW DISPLAY TO TURN SHOW-GOERS INTO NEW CUSTOMERS

The extensive interactive exhibits at the Hyundai’s 2013 Chicago Auto Show booth offer a wide array of exciting technology and family entertainment. Below is summary of all the activities:

Equus Premium Zone and Hyundai Hope on Wheels vehicle
Hyundai Performance Stage: Rock out with your friends and family and receive a free commemorative auto show photograph. If you come on the right day, you may get your picture taken with one of the celebrity athletes Hyundai has scheduled to appear at the show.
Experience Hyundai Ride and Drive: Test drive seven new Hyundai models.

Hyundai mulling four-door coupe model, V8 or V6 turbo for next Genesis Coupe

Hyundai is showing no signs of slowing down, with plenty of new product in the pipeline. This, according to a recent Automobile magazine interview with John Krafcik, CEO of Hyundai Motor America.

Krafcik admits the Korean automaker is considering adding a four-door coupe to its lineup, possibly sharing some design elements of the HCD-14 Concept (shown above in Detroit). The brand's flagship Equus luxury sedan will receive a mild refresh, bowing at the New York Auto Show, and an updated Sonata is expected to follow on its heels. The executive dismissed suggestions of an upcoming current-gen V8 Genesis Coupe, saying the present platform cannot accommodate a V8, but an eight-cylinder engine or a turbocharged V6 is a possibility for its eventual successor.

HYUNDAI TO DEBUT HCD-14 CONCEPT VEHICLE AT THE 2013 NORTH AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL AUTO SHOW IN DETROIT

Hyundai will debut the HCD-14 concept vehicle at the 2013 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The HCD-14 concept will give the automotive world a glimpse into future Hyundai premium vehicle design, advanced 3-D gesture-based technology controls, and spirited driving dynamics. The HCD-14 concept will be revealed at 3 pm EST, January 14.
