"Paulette Hand was refreshing in the way she dealt with us. She was very personable and not pushy at all. She was receptive to my input and did not intimidate us. Paulette's demeanor was friendly, not flashy. The gentlemen selling cars with her could take a lesson from her, while she was dressed nice and looked good, she wasn't over-dressed, wasn't starched, in a suit and tie, and looked very relaxed. Paulette is someone that any woman would feel comfortable dealing with. She knew her stuff and was enjoyable to talk to. I know that selling cars is a cut-throat business, but Paulette didn't make us feel like we absolutely HAD to buy from her.
